Damien and his team did an amazing job with a difficult brief. We were relocating to Gloucestershire but only if our house sold and went through before the new school year starts. Damien was undeterred and in spite of the most difficult housing market in decades, secured cash buyers. They unfortunately let us down right at the last minute but Damien re-engaged another cash buyer who was previously interested and did a whole new deal from start to finish in less than a month. We’re now in our new home and can’t thank them enough.
