Beautiful House with all you could need. 5 star service from the agent. They were available to help with every aspect of the rental. Faultless.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sandpiper and absolutely loved all the little details that made it feel so special. The view was amazing, and we will definitely be back! The check-in details were clear, communication was excellent, and the help offered throughout our stay was professional and really appreciated. I know Fleetwood well, and The Sandpiper is in a wonderful location. We also loved the room names and the meaning behind them — such a lovely personal touch. Thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed it and would happily return! ❤️

I recently stayed at the New Sandpiper Apartments in Fleetwood. I stayed in The Oystercatcher (room 2). These apartments are situated on the Espanade, which is so peaceful and quiet facing the water and stunning views. Close to all amenities. But the apartment itself was spotless, well decorated and modern. Apart from its cosy feel, my highlight was the beautiful powerful shower installed in a lovely bathroom. I would highly recommend this property. I spoke with Beth before arrival, and she answered everything I needed to know. I’ll definitely be back 👍 10/10

I have been liaising with Lewis G about putting my property to let with Harris and Co for a while now. It has been delayed on my side for quite a while as I have moved to Tokyo and I’m trying to get my mortgage lender to sort out my consent to let. However Lewis has been there to help me and answer any questions day or night due to the time difference. From what I have seen so far I would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone looking to let their property.

Reply from Harris & Co Estate Agents: Hi Jenny, Thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review and for your kind words about Lewis. We really appreciate you choosing Harris & Co to help with letting your property, especially while you’re managing everything all the way from Tokyo! It’s great to hear that Lewis has been there to answer your questions and offer support whenever needed, despite the time difference. We hope the consent to let is sorted for you soon, and we look forward to helping you get everything moving. ありがとうございます (Arigatou gozaimasu) Thank you again for your recommendation, and best wishes from everyone at Harris & Co!
