Danny came around to do our 6 month inspection and it was the best and most thorough inspection we have ever had....EVER! I say this because Danny was very respectful in our home and removed his shoes with no issue when asked (no holes in socks either :) ) Danny made sure all alarms were working and in good order. I get quite anxious around people and can stutter quite badly but Danny was very patient and friendly which put me at ease and made him easy to speak too. My partner showed Danny around our home and it was a pleasant surprise to hear the compliments that he made about the house. When Danny left both me and my partner felt very positive. Any issues we have are always dealt with pretty quick and communication with Danny is always pleasant and professional and we are kept upto date with any repairs and their timescales. We were advised that our home needed certain adaptations so I could be safe and comfortable and Harris and Coand our landlord/lady worked extremely fast to approve the adaptions which we was very grateful for we don't rent a house, we rent a home. We feel very supported by Danny and Harris and Co and they are very approachable. Thank you.
