Just changed over to H&co and I can’t recommend them anymore From start to finish everything was explained we had our welcome back hand delivered from a extremely polite young man Even though I took so long to answer the door, I was sorting a barbecue in the garden he was extremely polite and had a good sense of humour. Also again from start to finish from speaking to numerous people on the phone I could say that the ratings are clearly accurate especially when Stuart introduced himself with an arranged visit and explained everything to us along with any problems or issues we may have, very happy to be with a company that values their clients 100% from us! I have rented my property through Harris and Co for over 20 years. The service has always been exceptional. I moved south 8 years ago and Lewis has managed my property. He has been amazing, always deals with issues quickly, recently we had to have a new boiler and the tenant was only without heat for 1 day. He’s an absolute gem, courteous, kind and a good listener! Had two viewings this week as thinking of relocating to Fleetwood. At the first property we were greeted bang on time by Joe who was professional, polite, courteous and knowledgeable throughout both viewings. He gave us plenty of time to look round both houses and it was obvious that he recognised that this will be a big decision for us.
