This was our first experience of selling a property by auction and we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and smoothness of the whole process. The staff at the Llangefni office guided us through and the property was well advertised, attracting a lot of attention from potential buyers. We were kept regularly informed of the number of viewings and potential interest. The actual on-line auction went very smoothly, with a courteous phone call just before the start time and to confirm the reserve price. We were pleased with the result and we then completed in 28 days following the auction. Harris and co have been amazing. I had been looking for a home for my son and his girlfriend who had moved over from Scotland. to be closer to me and the rest of our family.
