Just had a property visit by Jo Hunt, such a lovely, friendly and helpful lady, a true credit to Romans!

We had a inspection visit from Jo Hunt and she was amazing. Very respectful and gave me a good tip on limescale.

Very happy with the sales team in Fleet. In Particular, Dan. I really appreciated that he was always available to take my calls and give me advice when needed and kept me updated throughout.

I moved in a couple of months ago and Romans have been great. Particular shout out to Debbie Grierson and Aston Busby who can’t do enough to help. Excellent customer service.

We are using Romans Fleet to buy our first house. Dan and Natalie have been extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries that we have had, and as first timers and being new to the process they have been really great. Nothing is too much trouble would absolutely reccomend!

What a lovely lady came to do my property inspection today! I opened the door to be greeted with a lovely warm smile from Jo Hunt. Jo was so personable and friendly. I just moved in (well, I say 'just', 3 months ago!) and have to say, Romans have been amazing! Helena, Jodie, Lisa have all been wonderful, and I particularly appreciated the welcome card and little gift that was waiting for me when I moved in. Such a thoughtful gesture. Debra has been great with dealing with any property related questions/queries I've had and Jo Hunt who did the property inspection is an absolute delight! Not quite knowing what to expect, I was a bit nervous but she was so friendly, personable and warm but professional as well, it was actually a lovely experience! All in all, I've had nothing but a great service from Romans and would definitely recommend them.

I have dealt with Romans for a number of years. I have had some issues in the past with lack of continuity in respect of dealing with tenancy queries and delays in response to questions. Most recently I have been liasing with Lorraine who has been the total opposite. She has responded promptly to queries and got back to me with any information I have requested in a thorough, knowledgeable and helpful manner. Lorraine is an asset to the Fleet team and I am grateful to have her as my Property Manager. 14/7/22 Just thought I would add a more recent comment to the above. Since a change in tenancy 6 months ago I have been dealing with Aston, like Lorraine she has been helpful and responded to any emails in a timely manner. Any questions have been looked into and answered as required. Thank you Aston.

I would just like to say what a lovely property visit I’ve just had with Jo Hunts from the Fleet branch. She was so friendly and helpful, she gave me some great tips for things I wasn’t sure about around the house, and was in general just such a lovely person. If I could give her 6 stars I would! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
