I would just like to say what a lovely property visit I’ve just had with Jo Hunts from the Fleet branch. She was so friendly and helpful, she gave me some great tips for things I wasn’t sure about around the house, and was in general just such a lovely person. If I could give her 6 stars I would! Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We had the best experience moving with Romans! - We had no issues with the main contacts! We were moved in with so easily and stress free. Highly recommend Both Rebecca Rowley and Helena Thornton. I have felt compelled to write this review as I am really impressed at how this estate agents, and especially Andy McElliott the manager, has handled the sale of my family home. We shopped around and had three agents round but he has exceeded any expectations and I'm really pleased we picked Andy. Andy found us a buyer even before we had the house put onto rightmove and dealing with him was always a pleasure. This branch of Romans is tip top- they are a really efficient estate agents with personable staff. Update July 2022 I have Romans in Fleet looking after a property I rent out. I would like to mention how the staff there have really helped me. I have Debra Barman who has supported me with maintenance issues and the Lettings team - Molly Greenfield who personally looked after sorting out the new tenants contract, as well as Jasmine, Debra Grieson and Jodie Lees. Top team.

We recently moved to our new home in Fleet, and can definitely say that we are glad it was Romans handling the sale. As we had to come from Canterbury, without a car, Matt kindly met us at the station and drove us back and forth, on four occasions. Once, at a particularly busy time, he even rose from his sick bed especially to meet us - this is what I would describe as dedication "above and beyond the call of duty". Both he and Amy couldn't have been kinder, nor more friendly: answering all our questions clearly, concisely and punctually; dealing and liaising with all concerned in order to smooth our path and bring the relocation to a satisfactory conclusion. I just moved in (well, I say 'just', 3 months ago!) and have to say, Romans have been amazing! Helena, Jodie, Lisa have all been wonderful, and I particularly appreciated the welcome card and little gift that was waiting for me when I moved in. Such a thoughtful gesture. Debra has been great with dealing with any property related questions/queries I've had and Jo Hunt who did the property inspection is an absolute delight! Not quite knowing what to expect, I was a bit nervous but she was so friendly, personable and warm but professional as well, it was actually a lovely experience! All in all, I've had nothing but a great service from Romans and would definitely recommend them.

We rented a property through Romans in Fleet. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant to deal with, especially Debbie. We also had dealings with Aston Busby a Senior Property Manager at Romans. Aston was also extremely pleasant to deal with, always replied to our correspondence on a timely basis and although had empathy with our situation, was thoroughly professional throughout! I cannot recommend Romans Property and Lettings department highly enough!

Sarah and Laura was brilliant in every step of the way. Very quick response to Email and call’s. When we made little mistakes with filling in online forms laura was quick to help and advise. In my opinion she went above and beyond her responsibilities. Highly recommended.
