The best estate agents I used whilst searching for a house. Recommended other properties, knew what I was looking for and what I liked after the first viewing to recommend more. The only estate agents that went out their way to help and were proactive. Thanks espeically to Eleanor Coles & Daniel Flemming. Kind & helpful, even with all my questions. (I didn't buy a property through them, as property was on with a different agency but they were my go to estate agents throughout)

Fantastic agency, have used them for letting two properties and they are a slick and professional operation, totally across all the compliance requirements on a landlord. Jodi who runs letting is delightful, professional on highly knowledgeable.

We’ve used Romans for many years, as landlords, to manage our house in Fleet. They have always been on top of things and we’ve never had any issues that weren’t sorted out quickly and efficiently. Lorraine Phelps has been very helpful and responsive.

Thank you very much to Andy and his team for all their efforts in ensuring that we were able to complete our house sale during these challenging times. Selling a house in times like this can be stressful and frustrating but during the whole process, we found the team at Romans to have been very professional, efficient, responsive and reassuring and we were very happy with the service provided!

So pleased with the service I received from Romans and their Lettings office. Moving house during a global pandemic was incredibly stressful, but the Lettings team have continued to be highly professional, friendly and helpful. I really recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the Fleet area.
