We would like to say a big thank you to Romans of Fleet especially Andy, Matt and Alison. We were selling our house after living in it for 28 years. Nothing has been to much trouble for the Romans team if we ever had any questions or queries it was dealt with promptly, honestly and professionally but always sensitive to our attachment to the house. From the start when Andy came round to value the house he was so understanding (both times as we had put it on the market with them 2 years ago and took it off as we changed our minds about selling). They have all gone above and beyond to support our sale. Matt has always been at the end of the phone to help in anyway he can which was a great comfort as we were out of touch in buying and selling properties. Right up to Alison our dedicated move manager trying to get the contracts exchanged (which was quite a challenge) and finally to the phone call from all three of them to congratulate us on the exchange and to say that they were still there if we needed and help and advice. Unlike the estate agency I employed, Roman's were a pleasure to deal with when it came to my purchase. They could not have been more helpful and Matthew Eldred in particular went above and beyond what I would have expected.
