Paul P, Alex, and the Mackenzie Smith team were brilliant throughout our home search in Fleet. Paul in particular stood out — when we made an offer on a property, he genuinely listened to our reasoning and clearly articulated our position to the vendor. Unlike some agents, he made us feel understood rather than dismissed, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who truly got where we were coming from. The team continued to proactively share properties that matched what we were looking for, staying engaged and helpful throughout. Although we ultimately purchased a property not listed with them, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mackenzie Smith — professional, friendly, and a cut above.
