Selling a property never seems straight forward. This one was no exception. There were lots of hurdles, including me living 200 miles away and complications with the buyer's finance arrangements, causing long delays. However, Alex put a massive amount of effort into the sale and kept the whole thing moving. He kept me updated and gave me good advice throughout the process. We have now finally completed. They were both complex, difficult matters but Alex kept me well-informed and was always very supportive and helped me to stay positive.
