Frosts aren’t like any other agents I’ve dealt with, and I’ve encountered a few! They are normal people doing their very best for you. It wasn’t all about their fee. Alex certainly earned his commission and went over and above what one would expect and was always accessible if I had queries or concerns. He helped to maintain a friendly, positive relationship between myself, my seller and my buyer. Also other members of the team were great too whenever I visited the office.
