I completed on a property purchase last week through Frosts in Flackwell Heath. Chris Major was brilliant. He dealt with some tricky negotiations & situations and was always professional, super super helpful and friendly. Also very contactable and responsive to the many emails and messages I would leave asking him questions!!! Thank you Chris & Frosts Flackwell Heath!

We recently bought a flat with frost in Amersham. Emma West looked after us so well and made the whole process so quick and easy, keeping us informed regularly making it stress free... we are very happy in our new home

Amazing, friendly and professional service. Would recommend Frost Partnership to all. They are blessed with very helpful staff especially John Day, we could not have completed our purchase without him. John has helped us every step of the way and bent over backwards without any fuss. Please do not hesitate to use Frost Partnership as it is truly recommended by us.

I have bought and sold properties mainly in London for the last 30 years but the professional attitude of Laura Collins, Manager at the above branch has been the best I have had. . She is utterly professional and helpful. I wish her success in her managerial career at Frost. from a very satisfied customer Elena Cooper 44 Meadway Barnet Herts, EN5 5LD

When your sale falls through at exchange and your agents have another buyer (ready to proceed) in 3 days... Excellent service and lovely people too.. :) Andrew Winderler, Andrew Holdsworth, Emma and the team in the Frost office, Amersham have been absolutely first class and I cant speak highly enough of them all. Thank you all again...

Our house was a difficult let and wasn't sure what to do with the property. Jill L at Frosts in Beaconsfield came up with a range of options and we agreed a particular route which I am pleased to say found a high quality tenant in the first 10 days. The handover coincided with our long term planned holiday timings and Jill and Frosts were excellent in organising cleaners, surveyors, gas men and handling any tenant queries. Service well beyond expectations. Brian Kane

My wife and I have been landlords for many years. Caroline Scott has always provided us with excellent service - emails and phone calls answered quickly in a friendly but professional manner. Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost. The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. Highly recommended.

Amazing service very professional and polite kept me up to date throughout the whole process and very quick purchase would definitely recommend this company for selling or purchasing a property very happy in my new home. Massive thank you to the sales team at Slough and although I work for the company this was a completely new experience for me as I work in the lettings department.

We recently purchased a property through Frost in Amersham. We were looking for a good few months and Emma was great throughout the whole process from viewing to exchange always keeping us informed as to where we were. I would not hesitate to recommend Frost and Emma on a job well done.
