I am not satisfied with this agency , I don’t advise anyone to rent or buy from them. Count for 100 before go ahead with ewe move.

One Star – Very Disappointing Experience I would not recommend this company. The products and services felt outdated and overpriced. I was persuaded into a full package costing nearly £900 + VAT per month, including features I didn’t need or understand. After realizing it wasn’t a good fit, I tried to cancel—only to find I was locked into a 12-month contract with a 2-month notice period. Even after giving notice, they are still trying to charge me. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to hold onto payments, regardless of customer satisfaction. Very frustrating experience. Please be cautious before signing anything with them.
22/05/2025 STILL A MASSIVE Waste of money...do not trust the guild .....They said we could advertise that we had offices in London...we don't. I was a member for a year biggest waste of money and very misleading to the customer. They put together a magazine that's about it for your membership...It is not a recognized body. 6 years on we are still the market leading agent in our area. its a lot of money for a very average magazine and you can also lie to your customers and pretend you have offices in London... How to misslead the general public guild would be a better name.
Absolutely appalling behavior of Mr Khilan Shah when requested on numerous occasions to simply instruct a plumber to investigate and repair a water ingress leak causing significant damage to a flat below. …
Came across quite rude when I encountered representatives of the company.
The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
