The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

Sale of Property

I cannot thank Naomi and the team at Flackwell Heath enough for the help and support they gave me selling my property.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Harry, Andy & Rob from the Frost Estate Agent in Ashford for being so helpful and professional during my dealings in first time selling and buying a property. It’s been a journey but we are now enjoy our new home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house. Wishing the Frost team a lovely Christmas and happy New Year. Tracey & Piotr.

Karen & Cheryl were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable yet professional. Rare qualities. Thank you for your help in finding my new hone.

What more can I say other than Excellent!! We viewed a property on the Saturday and two weeks later we have our keys and we are moving in. Cheryl and Karen were outstanding. The time of our viewing Cheryl was there waiting for us. We were greeted with a smile and put at ease from the start. From the moment we said we want it the road was smooth and effortless. Frost’s Windsor know exactly how to treat their customers. Well done to you and keep up the fantastic service you keep on giving. Bruce and Martin

Karen Morris at Windsor is amazing...!! my partner and I are So glad we met Karen at frosts, not Only is she very professional and knowledgeable, but she is such a lovely Lady, down to earth and a real pleasure to work with. i cannot recommend her enough.

Me and my partner were looking to rent a property and find a home that we could settle in. The team at Chalfont St Peter were amazing at keeping us up to date with any progress, being patient with us and for the duration they were ever so friendly. A special mention and Thanks to Anthony who by the end felt like a friend whilst being professional and getting us into our home as swiftly as he could.

Thanks to Alex and the team at the Ashford (Surrey) office. Very professional and always helped with all my questions at any time of the day. They chased various parties to keep the process smooth and timely. Definately recommend them and their conveyancing solicitor, Joanne Jessop at Adkirk Law.

Would recommend The Frost Partnership to any one wishing to buy or sell a property in the Gerrards Cross area. They kept me informed with all aspects during the sale of my property and the service was second to none. When they came to value the property I was not given 'the hard sell' that I received from other agents, I chose Frosts because I liked their professional manner and my mother had bought from them before.

Friendly and professional.

Selling a house can be an incredibly stressful experience but thanks to Frosts this has certainly not been the case for me. Right from the outset my agent, Chris Major handled all angles of the sale with professionalism, confidence and a very welcome dose of humour. Communication, advice and negotiation have been excellent and at no point have I felt uninformed or uncertain. The marketing was top rate, the valuation was spot on and a buyer was found in a matter of a few weeks. Right up to exchange of contracts and through to completion, Chris and the team at Frosts have made the whole experience extremely trouble-free and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending The Frost Partnership .or using them again to sell a property. My thanks to them all.

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Gemma Testa for all her support over the past few months. She went above and beyond to make sure we reached our dream of becoming homeowners!! Communication was excellent and she was always so lovely on the end of the phone (I called a lot 😂). She helped make a stressful situation into a positive one and we are very grateful. 100% recommend 🏅
