The Frost Partnership - Flackwell Heath

Chris was very attentive and thorough throughout the whole process. Timeframes were clearly set and followed up to ensure the chain and overall process completed on time. Clear detailed communication across all parties within the chain, fed back thanks to Chris. Would highly recommend.

Can't thank Frost enough for the quick sale of our property. Chris in particular was influential at point of exchange, making sure everyone was on the same page. No hesitation in recommending Chris and the rest of the team at Frost.

We have recently moved into our new property. I am writing this review of the Frost Feltham branch. Jamie and his team were great, from our first meeting to value the house, through to the accompanied viewings to offers and our sale process. They were in close contact with our solicitor and everything worked like clockwork. We would thoroughly recommend. Thanks very much!

Our sale was handled brilliantly by Jacqui and Alex at Frosts in Chesham. They kept us informed throughout the process and helped us meet the agreed timeline. Would highly recommend them!

Heather and Sam (CSG branch) were an effective sales team; thorough, diligent and persistent throughout. We’ll definitely use them next time.

A very professional team! Heather at the Chalfont St Giles branch was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of buying our new home

?????????? We used the Frost Partnership at Chalfont St Peter to buy a property. We were very attached to our old property and after viewing 50 houses and bungalows had still not found ‘the one’. This placed us in a precarious situation as we had to vacate our old property within just under 8 weeks. Anthony Prokopiou at Frost had been showing us a few properties and soon skilfully worked out what we were looking for, even though we didn’t know it! As we started to lose hope of ever finding the right place and also facing the impending inconvenience of having to rent a property, Anthony took us to our first viewing of our current home, which we fell in love with instantly. He also advised us he would do everything in his powers to ensure we moved on the same completion date as the property we were selling. True to his word, Anthony advised us on every aspect of our purchase, and pulled out all the stops to get us there, often going the extra mile, recommending surveyors and arranging other types of surveys we requested, to an extremely tight deadline. Anthony is extremely professional, helpful and most importantly genuine- we can’t thank him enough for helping us through a very stressful time, which however has been 100% worth it! Anthony and the whole team at Frost’s in Chalfont St Peter have shown us what it means to receive a highly professional and customer -focussed service. Thank you!

'We have had nothing but great service from the Frost Partnership over the last year we have been looking for a property. Anthony Prokopiou has been amazing all the way through, going above and beyond and even though we were not able to finalise a property with Frost, Anthony has continued to follow up with us. The whole team are great at follow up, making appointments and scheduling on time. They know their properties inside out so are able to answer questions there and then. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use Frost when we come to sell our property and purchase a new one. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better partnership than Anthony and the team!' Ramon and Bindi Sharma Highlands Lane, Chalfont St. Peter
