From the moment we met Shabnam we knew we'd be in good hands. We got such a good vibe from her; she was calm, clear in her communications, and was in no way pushy. She managed everything brilliantly through to our offer being accepted. Rimple took over from this point, right the way through to completion - we cannot express how grateful we are to have had her as the driving force throughout. Her communication and clarity were excellent, and her tenacity was second-to-none. Her support, honesty, and dedication from start to finish, through a really long, and at times frustrating and difficult property chain, were outstanding. We have since recommended Shabnam, Rimple, and EweMove North Finchley to anyone willing to listen. We wish them and the whole team all the success - and hope they never come across another sales process like ours! B&C
