We started our moving plans just before Covid so things were very protracted and there were some hold ups buying into a new build property. Franky Vicars dealt with us throughout starting with viewings and the ensuing difficulties. We found her very competent, reliable, reassuring and understanding when we were stressed. Franky is a true professional and I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job.
