Always there when we need her

Ellena has been our point of contact at Martyn Gerrard for quite some time now. She has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues we have had with the house we rent. As tenants with a landlord who lives abroad it is important for us to be able to solve problems quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Ellena not only liaises well with the owner but always takes us and our working lives into consideration too. She was very thorough during our recent inspection and immediately arranged for a glazier to come in and repair a broken rubber seal on a window. This is the first house we have rented in London that is managed by a property management agency, and I have to say that this has made the whole renting process a lot easier! Thank you to Ellena!
