Having been seeking to sell our house for some time with another agency, my wife and I turned to Martyn Gerrard and to Marlon who I spoke to regularly. In overview, Marlon is fantastic to work with. He is calm, professional, courteous, upbeat and impressive. Marlon got to know our house well and is a very good salesman. He had an excellent list of contacts and despite the market being somewhat unstable during the process, he organised a large stream of prospective viewers to come and see our property. He picked up on all of the information we had given him about the house and used some of his own expertise to market the property effectively. He came to every viewing on time, was courteous and respectful. When it came to transacting with Marlon via email or on the phone, he made himself available, always returning emails at speed, speaking to us or calling to update us. He went above and beyond in trying to ensure we were fully informed at all stages of the process.
