Horrendous Repair service

I currently rent through Frost in Feltham, and have been a tenant for over a year now. The service we have received has been absolutely appauling. A cooker and extractor fan has been broken now for over 2 months with no repair. I have had numerous leaks over the past year from the toilet, the bath taps, the kitchen taps, a leak under the kitchen sink and we had a leak from the bathroom that came into the living room. All of these items took months to repair and added £100+ to my water bill with no compensation. I reported one repair to the electric meter cupboard door, last February it blew off in Storm Doris, it took until the December for the repair to be carried out. I have had only 2 repairs done in the 28 day agreement and I am at my wits end. The only way to get any repairs done is to ring daily and badger them. I had an property inspection carried out in January, I let a gentleman in my home for 30 minutes he took photos and noted down a number of issues in the property. Only for this report to vanish and to go down as a no access. If I could give them a 0 star I would, I advise people constantly not to rent through Frost. They make constant promises they will improve, then the next time I log a repair I go through the same horrific process. It was bad enough when I moved into the property, it was full of personal belongings, food in the kitchen cupboards, ornaments, bedding and towels in the airing cupboard, draws full of photos and certificates. I spent the first week clearing and cleaning the property. This is not what I signed up for.

I rented a house through Windsor Branch and dealt with Jackie Thomson. Worst possible customer service! Took nearly 2 months to get my undisputed deposit back ( luckily I didn't need the money). I then had to go to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get the rest of my deposit back, luckily I had proof that they were trying to claim damages from me that was on the check in report or on their own photographs before I moved in. Really glad TDS found in my favour and I got most of my money back! I would never rent or buy from this branch as the behaviour is unethical. I'm happy to show my report to anyone that needs it! Just really glad that the people that came to view house when we still lived there saw how badly we were treated and decided not to rent from them! Please make sure every bit of damage is on your check in and don't believe when they say it doesn't matter as fixtures are old as they try to withhold your deposit. They did same to tenants before me too!

I had a horrible experience with Frost Partnership. I had rented a property using this agency. During tenancy term, I had problems with my land lord. People from frost spoke to me very roughly. Also, initially I had paid 350 pounds in cash as a property holding deposit. After 5 months of staying in the property, frost guys asked me for the receipt (hard copy), which they had given me 5 months back. They told me that, if I don't have the receipt, that money will be deducted from deposit. I asked them to send me a email, which he did not agree to do it. Finally my deposit was returned to me without deduction of this 350.

Horrific customer service.... 22 days since I moved out of my rented property and still yet to receive a penny of my deposit back. I've lost count of the amount of times I've been promised it will be in your account tomorrow! I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot it would be an entirely different story...

Just wanted to say what a great service we had from the frost partnership in windsor ! Nicola was a great help from start to finish helping to make the move as smooth as possible with no stress which when you have 3 children is a great bonus 😊Great contact from start to finish !!! Would definetly use again 😊

Poor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.
