Had a viewing booked on Saturday at 12:00. Stood in front of the property and had to phone the office. Apparently Sebastian 'was on his way.' In fact he claimed to have called me when he arrived and thought he doesn't need to leave a Voicemail as i would just call back all my Missed Calls.......(I work Saturday morning so impossible task) which I never received. Once we viewed the property we made an offer and he promised to call us in 1-2 hrs. Guess what we are 2 days later and still waiting........NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
The way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?

I am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.
Very bad experience with the staff!! Paid a holding deposit to hold a property.. two days after I was told it was taken by someone else. Mentioning no name i was shown other properties as the company had my holding deposit yet again the property was let to someone else. Been nearly two week since I paid my holding deposit. Company was quick to ask for deposit and no response till i contact them for an update. Refund has been issued still waiting for it. I have had to take time out of work to view properties why would an estate agent show me properties when they are already off the market? No communication withing the staff. I have to chase all the time I would say its a waste of time dealing with company like this!!NegativeQuality

If you see a house listed with their Slough branch, set aside a few quid to slip into Lee Henry's pocket, otherwise you have no chance of getting a property with them. Absolute Sc*mbag
Really dissapointed with the property management service at Ashford, Middlesex. It feels like you are actually bothering them, when you chase things. Next thing you know, you've got a different property manager with no clue about what your problem is. And you start again. Rarely seen a service this bad, really dissapointed.
