My husband and I bought our property through Frosts (Feltham office) a few years ago. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and very efficient from day one through to the day we actually got the keys to our new home. We were so happy with our experience with Frost that we wanted to use their property letting services too. Again, we received an excellent service and all the staff were great, but I’d like to convey my thanks in particular to Sebastian who is always there just a phone call away and always ready and willing to help us with any of our letting queries and questions. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Since I left the UK in 2015 I haven't had to return to the UK to deal with an issue such has been the standard of management and support provided by the team.
