I have bought two properties through The Frost Partnership, one in 2008 and just completed on the second property. I am very impressed with the service I received through both purchases, they are very efficient and professional. I never had to chase them as they always kept me updated.

I was on the buying end of a Property purchase transaction handled by Frost (the Feltham branch) and was extremely pleased with the way in the service they provided. They kept a clear dialogue open between me and the Seller, answered any questions promptly, and took the dates I personally needed achieved very seriously - and ended up delivering exactly as promised. If anyone is purchasing through Frost, then they are in for a good ride !

We are vey happy with the lettings department at Frost Partnership, they found a great tenant for us within 24hrs. I found Sebastian Rodriguez the lettings manager to be very professional and friendly also Robert and Max were very helpful throughout the process. We have used other agents in the town in the past but the service is not as good. I would strongly recommend The Frost Partnership.

This is the second time I have rented a property through the Frost Partnership and am very happy with the service provided and the professionalism of the staff. Particularly Sebastian Rodriguez, who is always at the end of the phone to deal with any queries or issues promptly. I would definetely recommend and use them time and time again.

Chet our mortgage advisor was brilliant. He honoured all deadlines, was very professional and fast. Our application was handled by him and he even negotiated better than market rate. ROB was another very helpful gentleman. He even helped us when we needed a short let. Jaime had a family problem but even then, he made all efforts. Thank you gentlemen
