Jamie (and previously, Harry who took charge at Staines branch during our move) were both excellent throughout what turned out to be - through no fault of their own - a difficult move during Brexit doubts and the COVID-19 pandemic. James has been on hand to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say when our buyer made a late demand that threatened to derail the entire process very late on, Jamie acted on our instructions, but was also instrumental in helping to ease the sale over the line. Jamie and all his colleagues were transparent and candid throughout, and it was clear that they had our best interests at heart - even giving their excessive workloads and lockdown challenges. Frost weren't our initial choice - which was a mistake. Our previous agents left a lot to be desired, but as soon as we switched, we knew we were in better hands. Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but Frost have seen our move through when so many others are in danger of falling by the wayside. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.
