I recommend Frost as I helped two family members sell their houses months after each other using Frost. Frost had the right expertise to set right price for the property (so it wasn’t on the market for excessive time and we didn’t have to reduce the price). The virtual tours were masterpieces and definitely gave buyers an indication as to what the property would look like. The properties were identical in lay out (differently decorated), one sold in a day with two offers- But the buyer tried to get the price reduced after he missed the stamp duty deadline - however Frost were able to ensure the original offer was honored (it took the stress off us) The other property was on the market for a month and Frost worked hard marketing the property and giving feedback from the people after each viewing so I could make tweaks to the presentation of the property. Offer to completion was under 2 months. I believe paying for the expertise for the marketing and dealing with the paperwork afterwards not only reduced the level of stress I would have experienced, but I believe a higher price was achieved from their years of experience.
