Frost Feltham, what a team :) Louis and Chloe worked incredibly hard. From listing our house and taking photos within days to booking viewings for that weekend and receiving multiple offers. The service was excellent. We sold within a week, for over the asking price! We exchanged within 8 weeks and were kept informed and updated throughout the process. We’d had valuations from Sunbury agents as we were buying and selling in Sunbury, so we were dubious about using an estate agent’s in Feltham. Thankfully they have proven we made the right decision and we couldn’t have asked for more from Louis, Chloe, Andy and Lily 🥂 we highly recommend, over and over!

So grateful to Louis Devins, Sales Manager at Frost Partnership Estate Agents! It took 9 weeks from when our house went on the website to completing the sale. I can honestly say Louis made the whole process plain sailing. In addition the photos he took made our house look like a show home. We had 17 viewings in the first week and after 9 days had accepted an offer. I would 100% recommend Frost, everyone we came into contact with was so professional and knowledgable yet friendly too.

I had an amazing experience buying my first property, and that’s largely thanks to Denise from the Windsor branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. She showed us the property multiple times without any hesitation and was always happy to answer questions or offer advice. Even after the offer was accepted, Denise stayed really involved and proactive. She chased solicitors and the seller regularly, which helped to speed things up significantly - something I really appreciated as a first-time buyer unfamiliar with the process. Her communication throughout the whole thing was excellent. She kept me updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond, even outside of normal working hours. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. At one point, she even went as far as contacting a neighbour to help me find the gas meters at the new place - something that wasn’t really her responsibility, but she did it without hesitation. I honestly can’t thank Denise enough for all her help. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’d highly recommend her and The Frost Partnership to anyone looking to buy a home.
