I can’t thank Louis, Chloe and Andy for the support in selling my mum’s house in the circumstances it had to be sold. From the first interaction with Louis to the exchanging of the contract the customer service was outstanding. There was no pressure in signing up like you get with some estate agents (one of the reasons I went with Frost) as they came across as a professional and friendly company. Louis constantly kept me updated on the status of the sale and was always in contact with the seller’s solicitors to keep the sale moving. I highly recommend using the Feltham office if you’re in the house market in Feltham.
