Louise and Katie have just started up in business on their own and LK Lettings are destined for great things. Both the directors are very experienced, ultra professional, demonstrate perfect customer service and, above all else, are just a joy to deal with. They act on my behalf as a landlord and I would not hesitate to recommend them to potential landlords and tenants alike.

L&K was really great and helpful with the letting process and throughout the tenancy duration but I was really disappointed from the check-out process and the process of getting the deposit back. They were acting on behalf of the landlord and they were asking for over £700 in damages which was totally unreasonable. I refused to engage with this unreasonable figure and went to the deposit scheme adjudicator, who brought down this figure to slightly over £200. ADVISE to tenants - 1. Please be very careful with your check-in report and make sure you log in everything no matter how small and stay with guy who is doing the check-out if possible. 2. Don't be scared to go through the deposit scheme adjudication services.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with LK LettingsCo and their landlord. I left the property in good condition, with photo and video evidence, yet they unjustifiably withheld part of my deposit without providing any clear proof. On top of that, their communication was very poor – delayed responses and a complete lack of transparency regarding the deductions made. They also ignored the issues I reported during my tenancy. I strongly advise avoiding this agency and landlord if you want a fair and professional rental experience!

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience as tenants. We had no central heating all through winter until March which with children living in the house was very difficult. I notice many of the reviews are from landlords rather than tenants.
