It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of working with anyone as helpful as the team at LK Lettings. I am not an easy person to please and I'm inevitably disappointed with what the modern world considers acceptable in terms of quality and service. LK Lettings are most definitely the most professional and organised Letting Agency I have ever encountered. A breath of fresh air in fact. At all times, both Katie and Louise were courteous, friendly and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack was a really nice surprise when we arrived at the property and they even went so far as to put some milk in the fridge and some bread in the bread bin. The efforts both Katie and Louise went to, to ensure the property was presented at its best was second to none, and the attention to detail in everything that was arranged was first class.
