After a disastrous experience will another local agent it was a relief to find John. He gave us excellent advice about the minimum investment necessary to bring our old house sufficiently up to scratch to make it attractive. He also helped us price it for 'a quick sale' in these sluggish times. He found a buyer for us within days of it going on the market and nursed them and us through the process with no hitches, and, most importantly for us, no last minute price quibbles. More than once he visited the house to check on works as we live a distance away. All in all the service was exemplary and I only wish we had been able to use him from the off.
