Basically we can't thank Millie enough as we would not have even been to see the house we ended up buying were it not for her. We had a very specific wish list (S orientation of house/garden, specific street locations etc) but Millie was able to in a non-pushy and friendly way persuade us to take a look by explaining that it was a corner plot with the garden going around the house, and so therefore we shouldn't be concerned/put off with the compass direction of the house. She was absolutely right. Over and above this Millie was generally at all times brilliant - always updating and gently pushing the other side, all with a smile on her face. We could not recommend her more highly. This game is all about people and Mille is one of the best!

In our chain of three sale/purchases Robbie from B&W was the one who kept the process moving, communicated with everyone, was the most professional and helpful throughout the process (even though we weren't his client). The whole team were very kind and accomodating too whenever we spoke to them. 10/10 would recommend - and would use again if we need to!
