Recently sold my property through Richard James, everyone we interacted with were very professional and helpful. Laura Woolley was our dedicated sales progressor who saw us through to completion. The last few weeks until completion were very stressful (not due to RJ) and I put a lot of pressure on Laura to resolve the issues we faced and she handled it like a champion.
