We have recently sold our property through Perry Bishop Faringdon and I would highly recommend them if you’re considering selling your property or looking to buy a property through them. From our initial valuation with Lucy, to marketing our property and negotiating a sale price with Gerry, and then onto working with Michelle in sales progression, the service we received was wonderful. I’m sure a lot of people are aware how stressful selling and buying can be and how there can be a variety of challenges along the way. Our sale and purchase was no different however, having the advice and guidance from the team at Perry Bishop Faringdon really made such a difference. Thank you so much!

From day one walking in to ask about selling my property, they were friendly and professional without being pushy. The photos their photographer took were really good. They had prospective buyers already on books. Managed viewings and within a couple of weeks found a buyer and negotiated a good deal for me. Unfortunately it did take a long time due to some problems with the buyers. But someone from the team always kept me informed in what was happening. Whilst my sale progressed they also found my partner and I our forever home which we viewed and put an offer in on same day ! I would highly recommend them .

Abby was amazing! We listed our house with Perry Bishop and four hours later, it had to be removed from Rightmove as it had solid viewings and backups!
