Kirsty’s management of the sale, exchange and now completion is excellent in all respects, second to none in my long experience of moving house many times. Even though the first prospect opted out the day of exchange Kirsty was very professional consoling us but remaining positive that she would achieve the sale. She did so exceptionally well. Keeping in touch promptly and providing excellent advice on problems arising, some complicated legal issues outside her remit but with experience and knowledge to give us comfort of how to proceed.
