Very bad experience from the beginning of the rental. Including but not limited to "they own interpretation of the rental agreement", bad communication. Do not recommend to rent via this agent. Or if you brave enough employed a photographer that will cover all details of the place you are renting.

We are very sorry that this became so complicated , we pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our landlords who 99% of the time will carry out required maintenance and be guided by us – this case was unusual and we are sorry your experience wasn’t as good as it could have been.
