We sold our house with Perry Bishop and decided to go with them due to their friendly caring nature. The ladies based in Faringdon could not do enough to help us find the right buyer and make sure we understood the whole sale process. Sadly our first buyer fell through due to the incompetence of the mortgage staff at a large well know bank! But that didn't stop Perry Bishop pulling it out of the bag and finding us a new buyer within a few days. Then the sale processed very smoothly and we managed to exchange within 6 weeks thanks to the coordination of Michelle at Perry Bishop making sure all the solicitors where talking and progressing the matter as quickly as possible (so we didn't lose our dream home!).
