We used Abbey properties to sell our local probate property. Mervyn’s valuation was not the highest but we felt it was an honest and the most realistic we had received. As a result we went with Abbey and haven’t regretted it. Mervyn advised us on the best time to put the house on the market rather than asap ( just before Christmas). When it did go on the market we quickly got viewings and a buyer. Through out the process Mervyn and Amy kept us informed of any developments and feedback from any viewings. We did have some issues with the sale and Mervyn went over and above to ensure the negotiations were settled with a satisfactory result for both us and the buyer. I would happily recommend Abbey properties and would definitely use them again should the need arise.
