Estate agents can get a bad wrap, but Mervyn and his colleagues don't live up to the stereotype - they're personable and professional. We felt we got good advice from an agent with excellent local knowledge, who were able to advocate for us where necessary and treat all parties fairly. In order to get the property we wanted, we had to pause our sale for a while, but this caused no issues and meant we were able to achieve our dreams. We're happy where we are but if we move again, we'll definitely sell with Abbey again.
