EweMove were the letting agent for our maisonette in Belvedere, and very good they were too. So when we decided to sell, they were the obvious choice. The sale was a difficult and prolonged process, not because we couldn't get a buyer - that was the easy part, thanks to Ewemove's effective marketing - but because the freeholder from whom we needed to secure a lease extension was obstructive and because the buyer's solicitor was inefficient. I met Josh at the property. He was welcoming and friendly whilst remaining professional. I have viewed a number of houses and met many estate agents, and I can say without reservation that Josh was the nicest and most polite to date . He was genuinely interested in helping me find the property I am looking for. He asked relevant questions and listened to what I had to say.
