I'd seen Nick's social media presence before I decided to sell my property, so when the time came I knew who would be up to the job . I was selling an older, quirkier property and felt that it needed a particular kind of marketing..and along came Nick and EWE move 🐑 Nick was happy to talk at length about marketing strategy and a lot happened before the property went to market...you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so it's said. Nick's photography was professional and effective; we waited for decent weather and at no time did I feel under pressure to rush things. The result was amazing and I was so happy with the way my property was advertised. Anyway, I had an acceptable offer in 15 days which was more than I could have hoped for. It's pretty stressful having your house on the market and this part of the process was over and done with very quickly for me. I also made my onward purchase with Nick and was fortunate to be able to have first viewing on the property I subsequently moved in to.
