EweMove were the letting agent for our maisonette in Belvedere, and very good they were too. So when we decided to sell, they were the obvious choice. The sale was a difficult and prolonged process, not because we couldn't get a buyer - that was the easy part, thanks to Ewemove's effective marketing - but because the freeholder from whom we needed to secure a lease extension was obstructive and because the buyer's solicitor was inefficient.
