Our purchase wasn't straight forward due to issues with lost vendor paperwork but Cody worked hard to keep the sale together. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a sales agent and kept good humour and manners despite some stressful parts. Without her support we would likely have walked away.

Cody from Curchods was very attentive from the start of the process, once we received an offer on the house she was there at every step and more. Always offering advice, help and she is very knowledgable. We used Churchods Esher branch to sell our house and hopefully to rent the next place. The team are efficient and dedicated. We like the idea they have no Saturday staff so you have the continuity of the staff with your house search. It’s a great team and work well together. We have used them on many occasions over many years. You will not be disappointed if you put the work in as well.
