I recently sold my home in Thames Ditton using the Esher branch of Curchods. The whole team were really friendly from the start (without being at all 'hard sell' which I absolutely hate!) and incredibly professional and efficient throughout. The whole team came to view the property so that they were informed on it, and I felt everyone was really invested in getting in sold. My property was not the most expensive/prestigious, but I always felt like they gave me their fullest service and attention - I never felt less important than the much more expensive they must have on their books! They priced the property really well, and I had a really decent offer within a few days. Sadly, I am moving out of the area, but I would absolutely use them again if I had the opportunity!

We used Curchods to sell our home in November 2023, they were excellent and in my view are the best Esher Agent. 100% would recommended Curchods, a real change compared to the Dozens of other estate agents I dealt with when trying to find a new flat. Peter sent over the video of the flat within 1 day of asking as we couldn’t come and view it. Laura has been fantastic throughout with the move and documents. They don’t just ignore you after you have moved in, constant checking in and helping with bills set up and everything you could wish for.
