Sally and Richard provided a first class service when selling our mother's bungalow, securing a sale within a few days at a price that exceeded the asking price. Sally and Richard were always quick to respond with any queries, were flexible in meeting with us/arranging viewings on any day including Sunday and were always a pleasure to deal with. As the only estate agent (as far as I'm aware) based in North Cornelly, was an added bonus. We would have no hesitation in recommending them as they were the most professional estate agents we've dealt with.

The sale of my house proved to be quite a prolonged and challenging experience and coincided at a time when I was suffering poor health which only caused further personal stress. However, such stress would have been much worse had it not been for Richard & Sally’s unfailing support, care and diligence. They provided a level of service that exceeded all my expectations as they were always available to provide advice and guidance . Moreover, they worked tirelessly to seek a buyer at a time when the market was quite subdued and were successful in attracting a significant number of viewings and their persistence in the follow up of those who viewed was unsurpassed . I have no hesitation in recommending Richard & Sally’s services in acting on behalf of anyone’s house sale.
