Curchods Esher sold our family home of 40 years in March 2026, the property was on the market for less than 10 days. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!

I’ve been dealing with Urban Spaces for sixteen years and I’ve been consistently happy with their service in letting and managing my property. They are responsive to my needs and to the needs of my tenants. They get things done in short order and get problems resolved, even with tenants who don’t follow the rules of good neighbourliness. My property manager for the last number of years has been Paige Reed and I have found her to be an understanding and reliable partner.
