The outstanding service and support I received from the moment I made that first phone call to purchase a retirement property for my parents (a shout out to the marvellous Rhys) to the final steps was second to none. The process was lengthy and complicated but the wonderful Lisa Annand was always at the end of the phone offering support, guidance, direction, patience and kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble or too much to ask for. Likewise Rhys and his cheery disposition was always available whether it was a phone call or yet another visit to the property, key in hand, for another bit of measuring. Curchods -A fantastic Estate Agent to work with! Curchods have just very successfully sold my house! They have a really strong team who seamlessly worked together and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was expertly carried out for me from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Curchods to anyone who's looking to sell or buy a property. They understand the area so well and know all about the different roads and the house prices in each road. They know who the market is for different types of houses and then they work diligently as a team, booking in qualified 1st and 2nd viewings. As a result I had several offers and was able to choose who I sold the house to. The follow through of the team is exceptional and I really liked the way that they would discuss viewings with the whole team so that everyone knew what was happening with my house. Special thanks to Matt for managing an exceptional team, Gillian for all her enormous skill and care in selling my house, to Rhys for overseeing the sale so enthusiastically and efficiently and Ben for meeting me at the beginning and giving me his honest and helpful feedback about the house. They were all so professional and enthusiastic and after I had agreed to work with Curchods they visited my house together to meet me, see the house and be briefed - I've never known that to happen with any other Estate Agent before! Curchods were also able to put me in touch with an excellent Solicitor who responded very quickly to all my queries. Also once we got into the conveyancing of the sale, Curchods had a Sales Progressor called Lisa, who liaised with myself, my buyer and both of our Solicitors, and kept the sale moving along. This was an invaluable additional service and Lisa did a really great job for us all. Curchods are the best Estate Agents in the area and I would always use them if I was ever going to sell a property again. I'm so happy I chose to work with them and I highly recommend them.

Oddly as a buyer I wouldn't expect to be writing a review for the sellers agent however curchods were fantastic. From start to finish they were easy to deal with and helpful. Ben was always available and was speedy in responses and Gilian was a delight on the viewings. Lisa then took over with the transaction management who again was easily contactable and was on hand for questions and discussions on progress. Unfortunately for them they've sold what we would call our forever home but if we did sell, we know who we would be appointing!

From the start, Curchods gave us a frank and honest appraisal of the probate and sale value of my late mother-in-law's property, and guided us through the prolonged and at times difficult process of sale. We have dealt mostly with Lisa and Rhys, who have both kept us well informed throughout and have been very helpful in letting people in to the property at various times as we live some distance away.
