I had worries about the building of a flat i was interested in because it had failed a recent building assessment. I had already pulled out of a deal with James and James because they didnt help me to find out more information and told me 'it's fine' with no further explanation I called Bacon and Co about a flat they were selling in the same building..I spoke to Dasiy initially who was knowledgeable on the subject. She broke down the aspects of the assessment that had failed and expalined what was being done about them. She was proactive in speaking to the management agency about this. I was then passed on to senior negotiator Harry Moreland. Harry understood my worries as a first time buyer and was there for all my questions as a 1st time buyer. He was proactive in liaising with my solicitor and got the sale through in a great time frame. I cant speak more highly of the team at Bacon and Co. I mostly dealt with the Broadwater team during the sale, the team in Goring were also very helpful when I was moving in. Thanks so much everyone for your warmth and approachability

Possible were very easy to deal with and had our house sold within a week. They remained in contact throughout the process and we found them to be very professional. We would definitely recommend.

Sold our house within a week in 2021. A very smooth process. I have to give praise to the photographer, who was meticulous and professional, produced excellent photographs. Didn't come in and start snapping away like others do, took his time and really brought out our home's best features. Thank you to the whole team from start to finish for making that side of our move stress free.

Curchods Esher sold our family home of 40 years in March 2026, the property was on the market for less than 10 days. Our main contact was Laura who was absolutely amazing! it would be fair to say the sale process did have many ups and downs but she navigated the stormy seas and held the transaction together. A lot of people give Estate Agents a bad Rep but Laura well she is simply the best!
