I recently experienced a change of circumstances regarding a tenancy contract I had signed, and I’m very grateful for the support I received from Alexandra Edmondston (Customer Success Specialist). From the moment I contacted her to explain my situation, she was exceptionally patient, and understanding. Alexandra guided me through the process with clear and concise explanations, ensuring I fully understood each step and the details involved. Managing the terms of a tenancy contract can feel quite daunting, however her professionalism and approachability made the entire experience far more reassuring and manageable. I truly appreciated the time and care she took to assist me, and her excellent customer service made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. We met Alice at the Esher office when we were in the middle of our search for a home. We immediately felt a different and more professional response in both discussing and showing houses. Alice listened and showed a home that was perfect for us. She had a fantastic understanding of the property and, over a period of time secured the house for us. During the process to completion, she was always available and up the date with the latest information on the process. We felt completely comfortable with her handling it. The service and ongoing management from Curchods was excellent and in particular Laura Lake, our point of contact at the Esher office, of what is inevitably a stressful process with so many moving parts. She handled issues and concerns carefully and over looked the whole process with so many twists and turns, very professionally. I do think Curchods provide a personalised service and don't treat you as number and I would highly recommend them.
