If I could give higher than a 5 I would. Bluebells have been consistently friendly and helpful since the first enquiry I made. They have often had to answer my long list of questions and even if they were not sure they would always come back to me after looking into it. I had some uncomfortable and pressured experiences with other estate agents and my experience with Bluebells was the complete opposite. They are patient, warm and I felt they genuinely wanted what was right for me rather than pushing for a sale. You can tell this is a well built establishment from its foundations. Whilst everyone we spoke with was warm and supportive, I have to especially thank Debbie K for her hard work and support throughout the entire process. She truly was only ever a phone call or email away and I genuinely felt that she was so pleased for us in our journey. The reassurance she often gave us was priceless. Also, Alison was the exact person you would want to do viewings with. She understood what we were after and didn’t waste our time. The whole team were fantastic. Thank you all. Highly recommend.
