Within 5 months of initial agent contact, the family home has been sold and a new home purchased, with relatively minor fuss, in a still challenging property market. Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

We have had the best experience with this letting agency. Saturday morning I applied to view a property in Gillingham. Saturday afternoon around 1.30Ish Katie called to get more details and then arranged a viewing with us at 4pm the same day. We met Katie at the property and she freely let us wander for as long as we wanted, no rushing. Katie answered all our questions and was so very helpful. We had the phone call today to be accepted and to go aheadwhich was the best news, Katie has been on the end of the phone and email for us at all times and nothing has been to much hassle. Very appreciative of all her work. Since moving in any issues have been dealt with promptly and we have been kept updated at all times by Michaela. Such a great team

Huge thanks to the Bacon & Co Broadwater team on securing the keys to our new home. Special thanks goes to Jake in the office, whose unwavering support and tenacity ensured this got over the line. We didn’t have the most straight forward of purchases but Jake came up trumps every step. I’d recommend these guys to anyone looking to sell or buy in Worthing.
