SIMPLY HORRIFIC. I still doubt the owner is qualified in what they are doing. I never saw my landlady after three years of living at the property, but from conversation she was very rude. After leaving, it took nearly two months to receive back my deposit (which we already had issues with in the first place as they wanted to literally give us nothing back) all because they didn't forward my details to the DPS, it was all unnecessary stress that was not needed and shouldn't have been my job to chase up and call nearly every day.

"Very..."

We was chasing our overpayment on rent from 20th April and only recived it on June 5th after being told it was paid on there system 15th May! As we kept chasing this is the lovely email we received from Gagan I think you just hung up on me. Not really the smartest thing to do considering you were asking for my help. I'll wish you luck with it, but don't call me again because as I told you, I've done by bit and I will not be wasting my energy going out of my way to help someone who thinks this is acceptable behaviour.

If I could give zero stars I would, myself and partner were both looking for a property found a studio flat we informed them of our wages and they seemed happy we could afford it, they took our deposit money they told us AFTER that they feel we wouldn't be suitable pulled out from the deal and they refused to give our money back well that was £200 down the drain, would highly avoid bunch on con artists!

Having rented for 10 years this was the worst experience I had encountered (and expensive). The fee's were unjustified and in some cases a literal joke. I had to pay for my wife to be credit checked and referenced.... neither of which happened as she did not work, but was still charged in the region of £200. I could not fault the property, just a shame it was managed by a business which had no concept of customer service and 'tells you' as opposed to works with logic and common sense. For sure the worst estate agents I have dealt with, but in the market you can't choose you agent, you choose the property, just be prepared to pay the price as these guys know how to charge a fee, as well as this if you question anything, don't expect a reasonable response, I was blown away by the aggression, complete lack of common sense and customer service by the agent managing our property.

Was supposed to buy a house with their help and that turned out to be a disaster.. Not trust worthy.. Do not recommend!
