Staff were very helpful. I was given a very warm and friendly welcome when I came into the office. I was reassured that I would be updated of any new properties and was explained in detail of their deposit, fee's and any other payments. Would defiantly recommend, Northwood Sutton.

I have also had a very disappointing experience with this agent. In 25 years I have experienced nothing like this company in the world of letting. Unhelpful, unresponsive and unlawful, and the branch manager Jordan should not be working there. Very unprofessional. As someone else has also reported, after a minor issue was discovered in referencing which I corrected, the situation felt really planned and underhand. They appeared to already have had another tenant lined up and are currently refusing to return a holding deposit they are legally required to return. I will be taking legal action against this company now and consulting Jordan’s manager regarding his behaviour. Do not use this letting agent. Stay away!!

I had a really disappointing experience with this agency. They didn't respond to my emails about scheduling a property viewing, even after I answered all their questions. Jordan, the Epsom branch manager, was especially unhelpful and never got back to me. Not impressed with their professionalism at all.

This is either some sort of fraud or the most unprofessional outfit on the market. Either way steer well clear

AVOID!👎🏼 Every single issue I have raised is not resolved until landlord gives go ahead, that's normal but they have allowed me to go without heating for weeks, a hob for a month, fence came down and open to public for 6 months. All with a young child.NegativeProfessionalism

To begin with, the estate agents seemed really professional, friendly and were quick at responding! The evening that we went to view the property, they updated the property to ‘let agreed’, after ‘working’ hours. When I phoned Jordan the next day, he reassured me that the property was still available and that they still had viewings that same day. I am starting to doubt that this was ever true. A few days later, I received an email offering me the flat! We were so happy and excited but the very next day I received an email at 9:49 telling me that they had reviewed our bank statements and that they were not able to continue with letting us the flat. At 11:39 I phoned back only to be told that they had already let the flat to somebody else. They failed to ask me what my financial situation was and whether I had any assets that I would be using to contribute towards the rent. The situation felt really planned and underhand, as if they already had another tenant lined up or as if they accidentally told us that our offer was accepted in the first place. Only after reflecting on the situation, I realised how unprofessional and disappointing this estate agents are. They are full of lies and deceit and are not sincere.

Avoid this Company at all costs. 4 times their tenants have flooded 2 flats below causing £30k + worth of damages and not once have they had the decency to apologise. The 2 affected flats have a key worker in one and an 85 year cancer patient in the other. There were 4 tenants in a one bed flat contravening tenancy rules. 2 were removed but 1 has moved back in so still contravening tenancy rules. Because they are receiving rent they have no interest in what the tenants are up to. The lady that owns the flat lives in Spain and has not made any contact either. I was told the property was no longer available to me. Although these things do sometimes happen, I was asked for Information and when I tried to contact the office was they were either closed or failed to respond. I just find the whole process and ways of handling things very unprofessional and misleading!!
